The ‘Made for you’ singer broke the news on Instagram today, April 3, 2017.

Writing a lengthy post on love, relationship, friendship and marriage the singer said Adesua finally agreed to be his wife.

Dear SusuWe crossed paths 2 or 3 times since 2012, but I wasn’t paying enough attention. Destiny was staring me right in the face and I was too caught up in my own hustle and paper chase, to know it. In June 2015 however, God brought you my way again, and this time, I really SAW you. I was smitten by your grace, aura, and beauty. So smitten infact, that even though I didn’t get to say a word to you that day (because you were seated far across the room), I immediately called my best friend @captdemuren and told him I’d found my next girlfriend. LOL. He laughed.
I asked one or two people about you.. your manager Isioma, who I’d worked with previously, and then I did some research myself. Googled you, stalked your instagram.. the whole 9 yards, and the more I found out, the more you seemed like a breath of fresh air.Now, I personally don’t like being “hooked up”, so I decided to approach you myself by sliding into your DM a few days later. Introduced myself, made some silly attempts to make you laugh, told you I planned to become your biggest fan, and asked if we could be friends. Thank God you laughed at my silly jokes, and thank God you graciously agreed to become my friend. At the time, I was COMPLETELY lying about only wanting to be friends, by the way.. but I figured it was a safe place to start.Since that DM, I’ve spoken to you pretty much every single day for almost 2 years. Sometimes, in the morning, at night and in between. We clicked instantly, and you quickly became one of my favourite people on earth, and one of my closest friends. It got to the point where my day wouldn’t quite feel right without speaking to you. I needed your friendship. I needed, and still need, the bond we share. It completes me.I knew pretty early in the process that I wanted to spend forever with you. Prayed about it fervently. But it took you FOREVER (okay fine.. maybe a year and a half or so) to see things my way. But I kinda knew all along.. I was just waiting for you to catch up.
In that time, I got engaged to you in my “Made For You” music video… and then by coincidence, we both got cast to get married in “The Wedding Party” movie.. but all the while we were the very best of friends. Woman Steals Bride’s Money At Wedding, Charged To Court

A 19-year - old unemployed woman, Ifeoluwa Adekunle, charged with stealing N60,000 at a wedding was on Wednesday arraigned at an Ikeja Magistrates’ Court in Lagos.

Adekunle, a resident of Alagbado, Lagos, was said to have committed the offence on Dec. 12, 2016, at La- Occasion Event Centre, New Oko -Oba, Agege, Lagos.

According to the Prosecutor, Insp . Clement Okuoimose, the defendant unlawfully entered into the wedding reception of one Mrs Adeshina Adeyanju and stole N 60, 000 belonging to the bride.

He told the court that the money was stolen from the bride ’ s bag while she was dancing.

“ The accused, who was not invited to the wedding, stole the celebrant ’ s money, ” he said.

According to Okuoimose, the complainant was dancing with her well wishers who were spraying money on her, while the accused pretending to be dancing too was busy stealing her money.

“The accused, who gate-crashed into the wedding was pretending to be sharing in the joy of the complainant, not knowing that she was using style to steal the money and put it in her bag.

“The complainant’ s sister noticed and the accused was challenged. Her bag was searched and N60,000 in different dominations was found.

“Another N 3,000 was found separately but the accused confessed that she stole that N 3,000 from another wedding before coming to the complainant’s, ” he said.

The prosecutor told the court that the offence contravened section 285 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State , 2011.

The accused , however , pleaded not guilty and was admitted to bail by the Magistrate , Mrs O . Y Ekogbule, at the sum of N 40, 000, with two sureties in like sum.

Linda Ikeji Misses Her Sister, Laura’s Traditional Wedding

Laura Ikeji has finally tied the knot with her husband, Ogbonna Kanu in a traditional affair in Imo state. The wedding ceremony took place at Ikwere Imo in Laura’s uncle’s compound. Friends and families of both couple were at the happy occasion which took place as scheduled yesterday.

Surprisingly Laura’s big sister, Linda Ikeji was noticeably absent. Laura was surrounded by her friends and family excluding her famous blogger sister, Linda Ikeji. Linda was present for their engagement and even uploaded the video herself but it seems she was just too busy to attend the traditional wedding.

One would have thought Linda would make time for her little sis whom she had supported greatly in the past. There is also the possibility of the Banana Island house owner purposely avoiding the prying camera lens.

Aunty Linda as she is fondly called by her fans is hoping to meet the man of her dreams this year 2017 with many suitors voicing out their desires to walk down the aisle with the rich blogger.

African football legend, Kanu Nwankwo attended the colourful wedding ceremony.
