Coming after 'IF' crooner, Davido, who has been in the news lately was notified by a fan of Wizkid's move and how he 'unfollowed him', Daddy Imade decided to also take back his 'followership form' from the 'come closer' Instagram handle.
Reacting to the comment by his fan, Davido disclosed that 'life ain't that serious, and it's about love', before he unfollowed Wizkid.

The Starboy Worldwide Chief, Wizkid, has had it again, as Drake’s “One Dance” hit song has earned the Nigerian superstar a seven Billboard Music Awards nominations. Despite only doing the hook on the track, he attained great heights on the wings of the track which is now being nominated for Top Hot 100 Song, Top Selling Song, Top Radio Song, Top Streaming Song (Audio), Top Collaboration, Top R&B Song and Top R&B Collaboration.
According to Billboard, the nominees are split up into 52 different categories. Potential winners are ranked based on their song sales, streams, radio airplay, live tours and social engagement. Bruno Mars, Ed Sheeran, Nicki Minaj, Celine Dion, Lorde, Imagine Dragons, Drake, John Legend, Florida Georgia Line and Camila Cabello are expected to perform.
The most nominated were Drake and The Chainsmokers who are contesting for awards in 22 categories. They’ll also square up for major categories like Top Artist, Top Male Artist, and Top Billboard 200 Artist. Twenty-One Pilots have 17 nominations, Rihanna earned 14 while The Weeknd and Beyonce have 13 nominations each. The annual awards ceremony is slated for Sunday, May 21.

Afrobeats star, Wizkid has signed a multi-album worldwide deal with RCA Records/Sony Music International.
Wizkid made this known in a statement to the billboard.
He said "It’s hard for me to describe what I do, since I work with rhythms from Afro-Beat, reggae, hip-hop, dance hall and others,"
"What’s important to me is for music to be real, authentic, raw and timeless. I don’t wanna be boxed in to any one genre."
The RCA Records chairman and CEO Peter Edge who expressed his joy at the signing of the "Ojuelegba" crooner said "We are thrilled to welcome WizKid to the RCA Records family. He has become a superstar in the African music scene and will be a game-changer in bringing African music to the world. We are extremely excited to have him as a part of RCA and are eager for the journey ahead."
